Fingerprinting

This page provides information on RSD fingerprinting requirements. Individuals who hold a current TSPC license have clearance through that license. All other employees, contractors, community partners, and individuals working with or on Reynolds School District property are subject to fingerprinting requirements.

Fingerprinting is managed by the Access and Records Specialist, in coordination with HR and Communications. For questions related to fingerprinting, please email fingerprinting@rsd7.net.

Badge Access

All individuals working with or for Reynolds School District (RSD) must wear a current RSD-issued ID badge while on RSD property. Badges remain the property of Reynolds School District and must be returned to Access upon separation from RSD.

Badges are created and managed by Access, which is housed by Operations/Facilities.

This page provides information for obtaining/replacing a badge, caring for a badge, and troubleshooting badge issues.

Let's Read Non-Fiction!

It is Non-Fiction November at Hartley School! Every time a student reads or listens to a non-fiction book their grade level turkey gets a feather. If we fill up all the turkeys with feathers, Dr. Pond will dress like a turkey for the entire day!
