Policy Definition
Board policies are approved statements that set forth parameters and frameworks within which the superintendent and their staff can perform their assigned duties with positive direction. Policies describe what is wanted in an area of responsibility. The School Board sets policy.

Hartley Winter Break

Hartley Winter Break (no school) starting Monday, December 18-Tuesday, January 2nd. 

School Resumes Wednesday, January 3rd, 2024.

Hartley Parent Cafe

Come join us Wednesday, December 6th from 9:30am-10:30am for Parent Cafe' here at Hartley school. The topic will be "Parenting in the Digital Age" and will feature our very own Media Teacher, Kate Dutro.

Childcare will be provided, along with coffee, snacks and prizes.

This event is open to all Hartley Families!

Fingerprinting

This page provides information on RSD fingerprinting requirements. Individuals who hold a current TSPC license have clearance through that license. All other employees, contractors, community partners, and individuals working with or on Reynolds School District property are subject to fingerprinting requirements.

Fingerprinting is managed by the Access and Records Specialist, in coordination with HR and Communications. For questions related to fingerprinting, please email fingerprinting@rsd7.net.

Badge Access

All individuals working with or for Reynolds School District (RSD) must wear a current RSD-issued ID badge while on RSD property. Badges remain the property of Reynolds School District and must be returned to Access upon separation from RSD.

Badges are created and managed by Access, which is housed by Operations/Facilities.

Let's Read Non-Fiction!

It is Non-Fiction November at Hartley School! Every time a student reads or listens to a non-fiction book their grade level turkey gets a feather. If we fill up all the turkeys with feathers, Dr. Pond will dress like a turkey for the entire day!

¡Es Noviembre de No-Ficción en la Escuela Hartley! Cada vez que un estudiante lee o escucha un libro de no ficción, el pavo de su grado recibe una pluma. Si llenamos todos los pavos de plumas, ¡el Dr. Pond se vestirá de pavo durante todo el día!
