Reynolds School District Application for Endorsed Program Status
Reynolds School District realizes that community-based youth sports programs are an essential component of the district's total athletics program. In an effort to provide the children in our community with quality experiences at the lowest possible price point, community-based youth sports programs may apply for the Reynolds Endorsed designation. Youth sports programs that receive the Reynolds Endorsed status will be eligible to use available district facilities at a discounted rate.
Requirements for Consideration
- Organization is non-profit
- A policy has been adopted that offers financial relief for families in need
- All athletes in the program live within the Reynolds School District attendance boundary

Head coach of youth athletic programs must have completed the NFHS fundamentals of Coaching Course, ODE Steroid Training, and OSAA approved concussion training
- Certificates must be submitted with application
- Youth athletic programs are approved by the District athletic director

And / Or Other Public Agencies With an IGA or Cooperative Use Agreement
- Agreement must be submitted with application
Application Process
- Applications must be submitted at least one month in advance of needing facility use
- Application must be complete; no partial applications will be considered
- Applications require a $25 processing fee which will be invoiced. Programs granted Reynolds Endorsed status may have their application fee refunded or applied to any invoiced rental use fees
- Coaches required to participate in free professional development opportunities as a condition of approval
- Once application is approved by Athletic Director, it will be reviewed by District designee
