Intra-District Transfer (Area Exception)

The application window for Intra District (Area Exceptions) Transfers opens from November 1st 2025 to December 31st 2025, to take effect starting second semester on 1/27/2026. The Intra-District (Area Exception) Transfer application is for families that wish for their student(s) to attend a different school within Reynolds School District only.

All submitted applications will be reviewed after the Transfers window closes on December 31st 2025. All decision letters will be emailed out no later than January 20, 2026. Approved transfers will take effect at the start of second semester on 1/27/2025.

It is worth noting to families, transportation is NOT provided for approved transfers.

Note: If you are looking for an Area Excpetion for the 2026-27 school year and not second semester of this school year, this is not the correct application. You will need to wait until May 1st to submit the correct application for that school year.
