REYNOLDS COMMUNITY TRANSITION PROGRAM (CTP)
Reynolds Community Transition Program serves students with disabilities ages 18 to 21 as they learn and grow in their independence as young adults. It is located in Building J on the Edgefield Campus in Portland, OR.
Our instruction is highly-personalized to each student's IEP and their individual goals. We are focused on increasing our student's skills so they can maximize their independence in adulthood.
