New Policy on Birthday and Holiday Celebrations

In keeping with the district’s nutrition program goals, School principals are directed by the school board and superintendent to ensure that:

A heating system is being installed at Hartley Elementary School on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 and on Monday, January 18, 2016.   This task involves helicopter delivery of heavy equipment to be placed on the roof of the school. The helicopter will be making approximately 30 flights between the parking lot and roof during the hours of 8am to 12pm (Noon).

A temporary heat source has been set up and Hartley Elementary will re-open on Monday, December 14, 2015 as regularly scheduled.

On April 11th our principal, Mr Conley, and our counselor, Mr. Cooper, put a challenge out to Hartley students.
