Student Vaccines

In order to remove the barrier some families experience in obtaining vaccinations, Reynolds School District and the Multnomah County Health Department are partnering to host COVID-19 vaccine clinics for students who are eligible!
Second dose: Wednesday • November 17, 2021 |

Walt Morey Middle School (students only) • 8am-10am

The Multnomah County Health Department is providing $100 VISA gift cards to students upon vaccination completion:
$50 for first dose, $50 for second dose.
(Distribution of gift cards may be mailed to home. More information to follow.)
You must complete the Health Screening and Consent form (if applicable) for each student enrolled in that school and must turn into the school by Monday, October 25, 2021 for students to be vaccinated during the school day.

No walk-in vaccinations are allowed.
COVID-19 vaccination being offered:
- Pfizer (ages 12-17)
- Johnson & Johnson (ages 18+, Pfizer not available for 18+ at these clinics)
If a student is not feeling well on vaccination day, please do not send them to school! Contact the school for instructions.
