Cayle Tern
Cayle earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an option in Human Resources Management in 2003. He currently works with community-based organizations advocating for immigrant rights and marginalized families. Cayle went on to earn his Master of Social Work Degree in 2019 at Portland State University. He is the current Board Chair of APICCO. Cayle also serves as the Iu Mien Association of Oregon, Community President, Immigrant Refugee Community Organization Governance Board Member, and the Pacific Islander and Asian family Center Advisory Board. He was re-elected in 2025 and continues to serves on the Reynolds School District #7 Board. Cayle is passionate about social justice and equity. He is a Naturalized Citizen from Laos. Cayle is also an avid outdoorsman who enjoys spending time with his family.
