Inter District Transfer Application for the 2022-2023 School Year (Request for Inter-District Transfer with consent of both districts)

*If you live in another district and want to attend a Reynolds District school, you must first get released from your home district.

Multnomah County Health Department has partnered with Reynolds School District to provide high-quality primary, mental, and dental healthcare services at Reynolds High School. The Reynolds Student Health Center is like having a regular doctor’s office in school. The facility serves all K-12 students with or without insurance, and there are no out-of-pocket costs. All students are welcome, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, documentation status, religion, or ability.
