RFP District-Wide Nutrition Point of Sale System
The District is seeking an interested company that can provide solutions to address current and future software needs. We envision this system to be fully integrated, customizable, user friendly and use the latest technology available. The District is currently using PrimeroEdge Solutions for “front of the house” and “back of the house” functions. The “front of the house” functions include all Point of Sale (POS) activities, Free and Reduced Meal benefit processing, customer account management, customer meal payments, and any communications with parents/guardians. The “back of the house” functions include site setups and maintenance, purchasing, order processing, inventory management, menu planning, production management, central warehouse for commodity tracking, claiming and financials, timekeeping and volunteers and marketing.
