Contractor shall perform all work as required for a complete, seamless, and finished installation. See attached “Instructions To Bidders”, paragraph 2.A for a narrative summary of the Work

SCOPE OF WORK
A. Reynolds School District Transportation Department Offices Carpet Tile and Stair Treads
Provide all necessary equipment, labor, and materials necessary to remove existing carpet and install new carpet tiles
and stair tread material in the offices of the District’s Transportation Department.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Contractor is responsible for all transportation, hoisting and access of its personnel and material. All means
of mobilization are to be coordinated with the Project Construction Manager prior to the start of the work.
2. Clean-up and removal includes the keeping of all work areas, storage and staging areas free of demolition and
construction debris. These areas are to be left broom clean daily.
3. Obtain any required permits as required.
