The district shall follow all procedural requirements of state law and relevant collective bargaining agreements in the renewal or nonrenewal of teacher and administrator contracts.  These procedures include, but may not be limited to, legal timelines, appropriate status of individual employees (e.g., probationary status or contract status) and specific renewal or nonrenewal of individual contracts.
