Early Learning Programs

Reynolds School District works with community partners to support families and assure ease of access to early learning programs for children ages 0-5.

Alder Montessori at Alder Elementary is provided by Alliance for Equity in Montessori Education. The program is two all-day-per-week classrooms for 3, 4, and 5-year-olds. Transportation and meals are provided.

Ready. Set. Go! at Salish Elementary and Alder Elementary is provided by Metropolitan Family Service. Play and learn groups with parent education twice weekly.

P-3 Family Coordination at Fairview Elementary is provided by Metropolitan Family Service. Play and learn groups with parent education twice weekly.
School(s): Davis Elementary School, Glenfair Elementary School, Hartley Elementary School
Juntos Apprendemos at Glenfair Elementary, Davis Elementary, and Hartley Elementary Schools (after school at Davis Elementary and Hartley Elementary, during the day at Glenfair Elementary). The program is provided by Latino Network. Culturally-specific play and learn group with parent education for one day a week for 30 weeks.

Early Head Start: at Reynolds Learning Academy is provided by Mt. Hood Community College Head Start program. The program offers in-person childcare 5 days per week for Reynolds teen parents. Meals provided.

Head Start: at Davis Elementary is provided by Mt. Hood Community College Head Start program. The program offers in-person childcare in a self-contained classroom at Davis Elementary 4 days per week.

RHS Early Childhood Education: the pre-school program, on-campus at Reynolds High School. Community daycare as component of RHS Early Childhood Education (ECE) Program of Study. Fee for service paid by community members. ½ day program only, either AM or PM.
