Programs and Services
Immigrant Refugee Community Organization promotes the integration of refugees, immigrants and the community at large into a self-sufficient, healthy and inclusive multi-ethnic society. Founded in 1976 by refugees, for refugees, IRCO has over 40 years of history and experience working with Portland's refugee and immigrant communities. IRCO provides services for many different ethnic groups. Currently, they lead and run the BASS ( Black African Student Success ) and provide services once a week for Slavic students.

Oregon law requires students to maintain certain levels of immunizations throughout their K-12 experience. Parents must present proof of immunizations when a child enrolls in school.
