Welcome to Reynolds School District Print and Copy Center! We provide print services to Reynolds School District schools, departments and administrative offices. Our mission is to support academic instruction, administration, and student activities. Utilizing high-speed digital equipment, we produce high quality black & white prints with a variety of cost-efficient binding options.
We offer the following services:
The Procurement & Contracts Department provides support to schools and administrative departments for all purchasing, procurement, and contracting activities. The department is responsible for ensuring all procurement activity complies with public contracting laws.
Reynolds School District is partnering with Commerce Bank to issue the credit card payments. Vendors will see email communication and bank transactions come through from Commerce Bank. Vendors can contact the Commerce Bank Vendor Hotline at 866-927-5419 with questions.

Reynolds School District participates in many of the National and State meal programs. Each program has its own set of rules. Below is a description of each program.

Four groundbreaking events celebrate new elementary schools and RHS improvements
Wilkes, Troutdale and Fairview elementary schools are getting ready for construction to begin on brand new schools on the existing sites. Reynolds High School will receive significant renovations and additions. Work will start during spring break and will be completed in phases, with final completion by fall 2018. The upgrades are made possible thanks to voter approval of a 2015 bond measure. All district schools will receive safety and security updates.

Prom tickets are on sale during lunches in the lower commons. $25 with ASB, $28 without, and $30 at the door.

There is NO SCHOOL FOR FRESHMEN on Oct. 16th so RHS can offer the PSAT.

RMS PTSA CARES ABOUT OUR SCHOOL!! Did you know last school year the RMS PTSA fundraiser brought in over $8,000 to spend on our schoo!?!
Did you know the RMS PTSA
- used the money to buy RMS a brand new laminator, new digital cameras, new books for the library, and new choir robes, and partially funded outdoor school?
- sponsored and provided food for all the teachers and classified staff during Teacher Appreciation and Classified Appreciation weeks and during Parent/Teacher Conferences?
- sponsored the National PTA ‘Reflections’ Arts Program at RMS and had 4 students win first-place ribbons at State and 1 student go on to compete at Nationals?
- funded the Open House, Winter Carnival, End-of-the-Year party and 8th-grade Recognition ceremony?
What happens at RMS PTSA meetings?
- Principal’s Report – get to know Principal Chris Russo and find out what is going on at RMS!
- Volunteer Opportunities – find out what events are happening and help if you can
- Funding requests – Help decide how to best spend fundraiser money
How can you help?
- Attend monthly meetings, 3rd Thursdays at 6:30 in the library
- Volunteer your time to help with fundraisers, Teacher/Classified Appreciation, Reflections Art Contest, School Carnivals, etc.
