Request for Quote - Bus Video System

Introduction:

Reynolds School District #7 is seeking quotes for a bus video recording system.  All quotes are to include one DVR unit plus two camera heads as well as quotes for additional camera heads and any materials or supplies necessary for installation not included in the price of the DVR or camera heads.

General DVR Specifications:

1. Must be solid state in design, utilizing SD card storage media.
2. Must support a SDXC card with a minimum of 64GB storage capacity and class 10 data exchange rate.
3. Must support a FAT 32 file system.
4. Must support AVI file format without requiring conversion of native files.
5. Must support H.264 video compression.
6. Must provide a minimum video resolution quality of 720x480.
7. Must support a minimum of 4 video and 4 audio channels.
8. Must be a maximum of 6.5”Lx4”Wx1” in size to accommodate mounting.
9. Must have a lockable enclosure preventing removal of SD card or tampering with DVR.
10. Must utilize a remote control interface for setting programing functions of DVR.
11. Must include a minimum of a 5 year warranty on DVR.
12. Must include lifetime warranty on SDXC card.

General camera specifications:

1. Must be available in focal lengths ranging from 2.8 to 16mm.
2. Must provide IR illumination capable of illuminating an object at 35’ distance in 0 lux conditions.
3. Must be contained in an aluminum or steel housing.
4. Must provide a minimum of 420 lines of resolution.
5. Must include a minimum of a 5 year warranty.

Additionally:

Any charges for technical support either during or after the warranty period should be quoted separately.
