NO SCHOOL
School will be closed on Friday, November 8th for a teacher work day and Monday, November 11th in observance Veterans day.
School will resume Tuesday, November 12th.

Come join us Wednesday, December 6th from 9:30am-10:30am for Parent Cafe' here at Hartley school. The topic will be "Parenting in the Digital Age" and will feature our very own Media Teacher, Kate Dutro.
Childcare will be provided, along with coffee, snacks and prizes.
This event is open to all Hartley Families!

Hartley Parents! The Hartley SUN program will be hosting a Parent Cafe' on Wednesday, October 25th, from 9:30am-10:30am here at Hartley. The topic will be "Caring Discipline" and will feature Family Coach, Amy Williams.
Childcare will be provided, along with coffee, snacks and prizes.

Hartley is having a PBIS assembly on Friday, May 31st at 2:00pm.

complete the picture packet sent home on Monday and return it to school on or before picture day. As a reminder, all picture packets and money must be received by 8:00am on picture day (October 4th).

Due to a scheduling conflict, the Hartley Make Up Picture Day has been rescheduled for Friday, December 10th. If you have already sent in your paid picture packet we will hold them in the office until the new picture day.
All Hartley students that were absent on the October 1st Picture Day will have the opportunity to have their pictures taken on retake day, December 10th. This includes the following students, along with students that had photos taken but are unhappy with them:
Hello Hartley Families! On Wednesday, November 9th we will have picture re-take day. If you ordered and received pictures from the Hartley picture day on Friday, September 30th and are not happy with them, please plan to have retakes done on Wednesday, November 9th. You will need to return your complete picture order on that day and the photo company will retake your child’s picture.
If you ordered and received pictures from the Hartley picture day on Friday, September 27th and are not happy with them, please plan to have retakes done on Friday, November 1st. You will need to return your complete picture order on that day and the photo company will retake your child’s picture. If your child was absent or was not attending Hartley on September 27th, we take your child's picture on November 1st. If you choose to order pictures, please return the packet with the exact change on Friday, November 1st and we will take your child’s picture.
On April 11th our principal, Mr Conley, and our counselor, Mr. Cooper, put a challenge out to Hartley students.
Hartley school picture day is Friday, September 29th. We will send home picture packets this week, or you can order online using the information on the flyer below.

Hartley picture re-take day will be Wednesday, November 8th. We will only be photographing the following students on re-take day:
Before registering at Hartley, please call the Hartley office to verify that you are within Hartley school boundaries.
Hartley will be having a school Spirit Week starting Monday, October 31st, and continuing through Friday, November 4th. Hope your student will join in the fun!

On Thursday, April 21st we will be taking school Spring Pictures. All students will be photographed on Spring Picture Day. Please return completed and paid picture packets on or before picture day if you would like to order pictures. Families may also choose to pay online.
Picture packet order forms were sent home the week of April 11th.
