The English Language Proficiency Assessment (ELPA) measures students' English language proficiency, both knowledge and skills, in reading, listening, writing, and speaking. Results from this test determine which students are eligible to continue receiving ELD services and those that are ready to exit the ELD program.
This year, families will make the final decision to accept or decline ELPA Screening opportunities this fall. Please let us know if you accept or decline the opportunity for your student to test this school year.
