The second bargaining session between Reynolds Education Association (REA) and Reynolds School District (RSD) was held on April 18, 2017 at the Woodland Elementary School Library at 4:00 p.m. Proposals were presented as follows:
Reynolds School District offered counter proposals on
- Article 3 – Miscellaneous
- Article 4 - Association Rights and Privileges
- Article 8 – Emergency Closure
REA offered counter proposals on
- Article 2 - Negotiations Procedure (Tentative Agreements reached on this proposal)
- Article 8 - Emergency Closure
Tentative Agreement was reached on
- Article 2 – Negotiations Procedure
- Tentative Agreements - articles unopened by either party
Next Bargaining Session:
May 24, 2017 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Oregon Education Association (OEA) office in Gresham.
