The At-A-Glance School and District Profiles are an overview of a school or district and its accountability data. The audience is parents and families, and the goal is to provide a brief overview of the school or district in a format that is easy to read. Financial Services produces the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) for the fiscal year ending June 30. The ACFR is a set of financial reports to comply with the reporting rules set by the Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB). An independent auditor audits the ACFR using GASB standards prior to its publication. The ACFR includes the auditor’s reports on the financial statements, reports required for federal grant compliance, and reports required by Oregon State regulations.
The Budget Team is responsible for producing the District’s annual budget document. It is the primary document used to present the financial plan of the District and to inform the reader about demographics and operations of the District.
The Payroll Team issues pay checks, manages time card entry, coordinates pay deductions such as garnishments and child support payments, and submits payments to the PERS system.
