Student Technology Apprenticeships at Reynolds

Students around technology

STUDENTS APPLY HERE FOR FALL 2024

Welcome to the Student Technology Apprenticeships at Reynolds site.

Our objective is to create a dynamic learning environment where students gain practical, hands-on experience in troubleshooting technical issues, repairing devices, and applying other skills relevant to the Information Technology field

As a STAR student, you’ll be trained and mentored by staff in the Technology Services department to acquire and apply skills that will equip you with the skills and knowledge to apply for a potential summer role as a technology computer support specialist within the Reynolds SD7 Technology Services department.

To join STAR, students must apply and interview for a position, and be accepted by a representative of the Technology Services department. Upon acceptance, students are allocated a class period during which they engage in assigned tasks or self-assigned projects under the guidance of the Technology Service Staff.
