Request for Flyer Distribution

Peachjar assures parents get flyers from schools and community organizations in their email inbox. Peachjar saves trees!

Peachjar also saves time from the courier service, teachers and office staff, preserving valuable resources for the earth and our classrooms. Through Peachjar, parents receive information about youth sports, camps, and services provided to our students by partners and youth-serving businesses and organizations. Materials intended for staff are posted on the intranet or sent via staff email or posted in staff lounges.

If you need any help you will be able to get support directly from Peachjar. Please contact Chris Ledford by email or by phone at (858) 997-2117 x141. He can also assist you with bulk purchasing of credits.

Materials must be approved by the district through the automatic submission process and then they are emailed directly to parents with email addresses. The flyers will also be viewable on the website for up to 30 days. You may leave a small number of paper flyers in the school office once the flyer has been approved for parents who do not have internet access.

District Flier Review Process

Flyers include, but are not limited to, coupons, printed offers, posters, pamphlets, brochures, or catalogs. The Reynolds School District reviews flyer requests from community-based, non-profit, and for-profit organizations on a monthly basis.

Criteria:
Flyers submitted for review must offer educational, health or social services, and/or extracurricular learning opportunities for students, staff and/or parents. The Reynolds School District does not allow commercial advertising at any of its facilities. Flyers or materials that do not meet our criteria will be denied.

Flyers that are self-promotional for individuals, such as childcare, tutoring, or sales-related commissions, are considered commercial and are not allowed.

What Do I Submit?

A copy of the flyer is required for approval. Review the criteria and post your flyerat: http://peachjar.com

If you need support, contact Peachjar directly at 1-858-997-2117.

Why do I have to pay?

The District found that the flyer approval and distribution process was costing the taxpayers money. We need to use our resources for our primary work: educating students. Our partners are important to us, so we use an affordable service. Paper flyers were not free, even if your agency or business was not paying for the fliers...someone was.

Base pricing is $25 per school. Peachjar has bulk pricing available. Contact Chris Ledford by email or by phone at (858) 997-2117 x141 for bulk pricing.

All families with an active email address on file will receive your information via email for $25 per school. The cost of paper, copy toner, and labor to make copies, count them out and deliver them costs more than $25 for 500 students, which is the average size of our elementary schools. This product makes it possible to reach parents of middle and high school students too!

What about parents who don't have email?

Each school will put a few copies of the approved Peachjar flyers in the school office. The parents will be alerted to the flyer in school newsletters that are still carried home. The only materials approved to be carried home by students are materials created by the school, service providers housed in the schools, or materials from the parent support group at the school.
