Transcript Request

All current and former Reynolds High School students are able to request both official and unofficial copies of their transcript. Please submit one of the following forms to complete this request. Please make sure to allow for 5-7 business days for your request to be processed.

• Class of 2024 and Current Reynolds High School students and, please complete the Current Student Transcript Request Form. Please note that if you are sending your transcript to more than three colleges, you will need to submit the form a second time.
  • Any questions regarding transcripts for current students and 2023 seniors, please email rhsrecords@rsd7.net.

• Former students of Reynolds High School or Columbia High School (graduate or last school attended), please complete the Former Student Transcript Request Form. 
  • Any questions regarding transcript requests for former students (class of 2022 and before), please email studentservicesrecords@rsd7.net

*Youth Organizations and Educational Institutions should NOT use this form and should email a signed Release of Information or Request for Records to: rhsrecords@rsd7.net or Fax 503-667-3096.
