We would like to introduce you to our official Graduation vendor, Royal-T / Herff Jones.  Royal-T has been servicing schools in our area for over 40 years and Reynolds High School is proud to partner with them in creating a memorable graduation experience for every Senior.  They will be providing caps & gowns and our official Reynolds graduation announcement, custom class rings and jewelry, as well as 2024 apparel and memorabilia to ensure that this much anticipated celebration is unforgettable.

This information is time sensitive and orders should be placed right away to ensure correct sizing and availability.  Please take time to watch your Senior Grad Launch Video and read through this email carefully.  This video will help answer any questions you may have and show you the benefits of ordering now.  Contact Royal-T / Herff Jones with any of your questions.

Graduation Product Timeline for Reynolds High School

• Today is your Senior Grad Launch date!  Click the above link to watch your Senior Grad Launch Video or check it out at: https://youtu.be/gAtMOb25Ft8
• Your official ordering window begins right now.  Place your orders HERE. For orders over $60, only a $60 down payment is required. Reynolds High School’s designated ordering window ends on December 9th, 2023. Our website will be open until the Spring, but this official ordering window is how we can guarantee our best prices, early delivery, and precise sizing on your items.
• Because we are presenting at your school’s official Senior Meeting on October 25th, we are able to do an EARLY BIRD APPAREL DELIVERY to anyone who orders right away.  Orders received prior to October 24th will be eligible for this early delivery.  All apparel, memory tassels, lanyards, and keychains will deliver on this day.  Get those orders in now! You will be emailed if you have early delivery items to pick up at this meeting.
• Students who order after our visit to the school on October 25th will still have their apparel and other early delivery items delivered in December. You will be emailed the details of this next delivery if you have early delivery items to pick up. (Caps & gowns as well as all paper products will not be a part of the deliveries this Fall.  Those products will deliver in the Spring.)
• Final payments on all graduation orders are due on March 1st, 2024.

Gowns are RENTALS ONLY. Students may keep their caps, tassels and other graduation adornments, but must return the gowns.

You can order your HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT online through the Counseling department. Please click HERE to request your transcript. Make sure you have the full name and mailing address of the college, university or institution you want your transcript sent.
