  • Urgent Walk-In Clinic for Mental Health: 4212 SE Division, Portland. Must call 503-963-2575 before heading to the clinic. The clinic provides immediate care during a mental health crisis, options to speak to a psychiatrist or a mental health nurse practitioner and help with medication and treatment. https://cascadiabhc.org/

 Food Resources

  • Reynolds School District Food Distribution: Reynolds School District will be offering meals for children up to age 18 at the sites listed below.  Rent

If you can’t pay the rent because you have lost your job or your income has been reduced due to Covid 19 you should know the following:

Multnomah County has issued a moratorium that allows tenants who have suffered a “substantial” loss of income because of the virus to defer rent payments until after the state of emergency has lifted.  You will need documentation from your employer.  Please go to the link for the Community Alliance of Tenants to download the forms.

Youth Shelters

Comcast is making their Internet Essentials program FREE for the first two months for new customers. After that, the cost is $9.95 a month. This program is for any family receiving SNAP or free or reduced meals at school.  Please go to the Comcast website for more information and applications.  https://www.internetessentials.com/
