Financial Reports

In the spirit of transparency and full disclosure, each year the Financial Services department produces a Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) for the fiscal year ending June 30. The ACFR is a set of financial reports to comply with the reporting rules set by the Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB). An independent auditor audits the ACFR using GASB standards prior to its publication. The ACFR includes the auditor’s reports on the financial statements, reports required for federal grant compliance, and reports required by Oregon State regulations.

In addition, a Financial Report is produced for the Student Activity Funds for the fiscal year ending June 30. This report is based on Agree-Upon Procedures to test internal control processes at each school.

The District has received the Certificate of Excellence from the Association of School Business Officials (ASBO) and the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) for the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.
