Free Children's Health Fair
The Multnomah Dental Society will hold its annual Free Children’s Health Fair on Saturday, February 6, 2016, Reynolds Middle School from 10 am – 2 pm.
This important community outreach program will provide a variety of health and dental related services at no charge.
The School, located at 1200 NE 201st Avenue, Fairview, will be filled with booths providing the following services:

Saturday, Feb 4 is the Childrens Dental Health Fair from 10 am to 2pm at Reynolds Middle School on 201st, please Enter from the North Halsey Street entrance. This event includes lots of free health info and health screenings, such as immunizations, dental exams and treatment, hearing, vision screens, lots of goodies including lunch! A free raffle for a gaming system will also be held at the end of the event. The weather will be clear by tomorrow so the event is happening. See you there.
H.B. Lee Middle School will be hosting a FREE Covid-19 Vaccine Clinic on Wednesday, February 9th from 3:30PM to 7:30PM.
There will be two FREE Covid vaccine clinics for students 5 years and older and their families! Clinics will be held at Reynolds Middle School on Wednesday. November 17th from 3:30-7:15pm, and at David Douglas High School on Monday, November 22nd from 3:30-7:15pm. Additional information can be found on the attached fliers.

PARENTS OF 2ND AND 3RD GRADE STUDENTS
Every year at Hartley the Multnomah County Health Department offers free dental sealants to 2nd and 3rd grade students. We will be sending home a permission slip with your 2nd and/or 3rd grade student today. Please complete the permission slip and return it to school if you would like to have your student participate in the Free program. The Dental Sealants are scheduled for the last week of November are done here at school.
