The contract negotiated in 2014 expired June 30, 2014. Negotiations began as scheduled in the spring 2014.

Next Steps: Contract Maintenance

The current contract expires on June 30, 2020. Under Oregon's Collective Bargaining Laws, employees are covered under status quo, which means the terms of the expired contract carry forward and the financial elements stay at their current levels (hourly wages, insurance benefits, tuition reimbursement, etc remain in place at current amounts).
