SRO at Walt Morey Middle School

Reynolds School District is committed to ensuring that students, families, staff, community partners, and community members feel safe and welcome while at school. The district is currently reviewing the engagement of School Resource Officers (SROs) in our schools to determine what that relationship may look like in the future.

In order to make sure that we make a well-informed decision for the Reynolds community, we would like to hear the voices of our students to determine the best fit for our schools.

Hartley Elementary

Great Job Hartley Hornets! Watch the video below to hear our principal, Dr. Pond, talk about how amazing Hartley students performed on the STAR Winter Assessment.

Teachers will be sending home students current Lexia Progress Reports in their backpacks and Blue Folders. The report shows your students current reading level and all the growth they have made this year. If you have any questions, please reach out to your child's teacher or plan to talk with them at conferences March 16th and 17th.

We are collecting box tops to earn money for our school. Look for these products and others that may have this symbol. Students can turn them in to their teacher or bring them to the office.

In order to accommodate a reduced workforce of school bus drivers for next school year, as a district, we are looking at some potential changes to school start and end times. These changes will be important in making sure that buses can pick up and drop off students on time.

Transportation Services has drafted two potential options to meet this goal. While neither option will be perfect for all families, we need to identify the option that best meets the needs of our families.

Please review the two options and then complete the survey below.
