Requesting price quotations for copy paper. Sizes and quantity attached. Purchase wll be made based on price. Price matching not allowed.

Paper purchase must include delivery to district warehouse facility, which does not have a loading dock. Lift truck, pallet jack or forklift service to be provided by the vendor (not the district). Please include delivery costs in your quote.  Alternate quotes that do not include delivery may be eliminated.

Offloading is the process of removing the paper off of the delivery vehicle (truck trailer). Reynolds staff will be able to move the pallets form the bay into position within our warehouse. (info provided at 1:10pm on 2/20/15)
