ITB - Demolition of Edgefield Buildings B & F

The Reynolds School District is pursuing the demolition of Buildings B and F on their Edgefield Campus.  Building B is an approximately 3,200 square-foot former single-family residence.  It has two full floors with a full poured concrete basement.  It is a wood framed structure with lath and plaster walls and ceiling.  Building F is an approximately 17,000 square-foot former hospital. The building has a partial poured concrete basement on the west and crawl space to the east, south, and north. The building is brick sided with a three-foot rolled asphalt roof.  It is a wood framed structure with lath and plaster walls and ceiling and some sheetrock wall systems.
