Fee Schedule

The Reynolds School Board has approved the following fee schedule for the 2022-23 school year.
July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023

Student Materials and Replacements
Student Planner & ID Card: $8 per student
Planner Replacement: $6 per replacement
ID Card Replacement:  $4 per replacement
Plastic Pouch Replacement: $1 per replacement
Lanyard Replacement: $1 per replacement

High School Specific
ASB Pass: $25
Parking Permit: $25
Driver Education Courses (reduced based on school lunch program): $210 per session
Additional Transcript Fee (if over one year after graduation): $5 per transcript

Athletic User Fees
Middle School
Free Lunch Program Qualified: $10 per activity
Reduced Lunch Program Qualified: $20 per activity
Regular Lunch Program: $40 per activity

High School
Free Lunch Program Qualified: $30 per activity
Reduced Lunch Program Qualified: $60 per activity
Regular Lunch Program: $120 per activity

(Max of $300 athletic fees per family per year)

Instrument Rentals
Middle School: $15 ‐ 50 per instrument/per month
Recorder (Music): $5 per recorder

PE Uniforms
$18 per uniform

School Logo Attire
T‐Shirts: $10 per shirt (end-of-year discount: $2)
Sweatshirts: $25 per sweatshirt (end-of-year discount: $5)
Athletic Sweatshirts: $25 per athletic sweatshirt

Technology
1:1 Devices

• Reduced Lunch Program Qualified: $10
• Regular Lunch Program: $20

Lost devices (cost of replacement): up to $250
Repairs (broken/lost functionality; cost of repair): up to $100

Yearbook
Elementary: $10 per book (location decision)
Middle School: $20 per book ($2 discount for Fall payments)
High School: $40 per book (increases to $45 after December 20)

At Cost Items Include:
AVID Binders, lost textbooks, lost library books, new code of dress items, uniform replacement, logo gear, and credit card fees.

Early Entrance
Application for Early Entrance: $20*
Evaluation for Early Entrance: $130*
*Fee may be waived.
