Alder Elementary School is closed tomorrow, Wednesday, December 19, 2018 due to being notified late Tuesday, December 18, 2018 that an adult that has been in the building recently has contracted Hepatitis A.  We are taking every precaution to clean the entire building and will be closed to complete this process.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.  We intend to receive students and staff again on Thursday, December 20 and you will be receiving more information tomorrow after we have conferred with the health department further for more instruction.  Thank you for your

Alder Montessori is a tuition-free program with two classrooms serving 3- to 5-year-olds inside Alder Elementary School. Open to young children living in the Reynolds School Discrict, this program helps prepare students for their lifetime of learning using the Montessori method of education. 

The Black Parent Initiative (BPI), presented by Comcast, is hosting the 3rd Annual Parent Symposium on Saturday, September 1, 2012 from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM at Alder Elementary School, which

Local colleges and universities are adopting students and classrooms at Alder Elementary School.

College Day - Six local colleges/universities engage with 500 Dreamer students to plant the seed of “college” as an expectation.

Our family is growing!  The Reynolds School Board recently voted on a necessary boundary adjustment to relieve Alder Elementary School from being overcrowded.
