The purpose of evaluation of instruction will be to identify school and district needs for improvement of student achievement at the district and school levels.
Immigrant Refugee Community Organization promotes the integration of refugees, immigrants and the community at large into a self-sufficient, healthy and inclusive multi-ethnic society. Founded in 1976 by refugees, for refugees, IRCO has over 40 years of history and experience working with Portland's refugee and immigrant communities. IRCO provides services for many different ethnic groups. Currently, they lead and run the BASS ( Black African Student Success ) and provide services once a week for Slavic students.
