Wednesday, September 17th from 1-2 PM.
Hartley's next Parent Cafe' is scheduled for Wednesday, May 29th from 9:30am-10:30am. Our topic of discussion will be Empowered Parents, Inclusive School Community. Our guest speaker will be Reynolds School Districts Director of Equity and Student Success, Gustavo Olvera.
We will be serving up a free hot breakfast and providing childcare.
Parent Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, October 22 and 23rd. There is no school on Friday, October 19, for a teacher workday to prepare for conferences.

- Parent Exemption Guidelines- ELPA Summative, Alt-ELPA, ELPA Screener, Extended Assessments and Science
Oregon state law requires all districts to inform parents that a form is available from the Oregon Department of Education that provides the opportunity to opt your child out of the ELA and Math assessments. The form must be filed annually and is available in multiple languages.

Parent Support Group Hosted by RLA
Reynolds Learning Academy and Trillium Family Services have partnered to host a weekly parent support group which meets via Zoom. RLA has recently opened the meetings to include any family in the Reynolds School District that may benefit from attending the group.
The meetings are structured as a general support group for parents/guardians to support with any issues in these challenging times, not specific to any school or age group. Please see the attached flyer for more information.
April 18 and 19 are scheduled for Parent Teacher Conferences. There is no school for students.
Fall Parent Teacher Conferences are scheduled for November 25-27. If you did not schedule a conference time with your child's teacher, contact the school at 503-491-2724.
Spring Parent Teacher Conferences are scheduled for March 18-20, 2019.

Hartley Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on Monday, November 20th from 4-8pm, and on Tuesday, November 21st from 8am-8pm. Conferences will be in-person here at school unless the parent requests otherwise.
Please reach out to your student's teacher on ParentSquare if you do not yet have a conference time set up.
Conferences are a great time to touch base with the teacher to talk about your students academic progress and what is happening in the classroom.
Parent/Teacher conferences are scheduled for Wednesday, Jan 25 from 4-8pm, Thursday, Jan 26 from noon-8pm, and Friday, January 27 from 8am-noon.
