A rumor about clowns making threats against students and staff has been circulating around the nation. This is a social media generated rumor about individuals dressed as clowns coming to local schools to harm students. This rumor has surfaced across the country, mostly due to people reposting or sharing previous posts.

What Qualities Do Colleges Want?
The RHS College and Career Center (CCC) is available to RHS students in every grade level. Students interested in exploring their post-high options can email Shannon Selby, College & Career Coordinator, for an appointment. Classroom teachers can also schedule tours and presentations on a variety of topics.
Please join us for College Night at H.B. Lee Middle School on Thursday, March 3, 6-8pm. A free dinner will be served for students and families. Meet current high school and college students and ask them questions. Information will be available about paying for college, HS graduation requirements, student support and programs and college life.
For the next two years, students entering Oregon's 17 community colleges and 7 universities may choose to waive placement testing if they scored a 3 or 4 on Smarter Balanced assessments and met requirements for continued academic rigor during 12th grade.
