Annual Comprehensive Financial Report
Financial Services produces the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) for the fiscal year ending June 30. The ACFR is a set of financial reports to comply with the reporting rules set by the Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB). An independent auditor audits the ACFR using GASB standards prior to its publication. The ACFR includes the auditor’s reports on the financial statements, reports required for federal grant compliance, and reports required by Oregon State regulations.
In addition, a Financial Report is produced for the Student Activity Funds for the fiscal year ending June 30. This report is based on Agreed-Upon Procedures to test internal control processes at each school.

Adopted Budget
The Budget Team is responsible for producing the District’s annual budget document. It is the primary document used to present the financial plan of the District and to inform the reader about demographics and operations of the District.
