Student Information and Records Home

All records requests are a priority and will be reviewed and processed promptly. The Records Department must verify that a requestor has Education Rights for ALL current & former students. When a student turns 18 years old, all educational rights transfer to the student. Exceptions are made for adult students who have a court order Guardianship or Power of Attorney over them – they may also submit a records request on behalf on an adult student. Photo ID is required when requesting any student records (along with Guardianship or POA paperwork).

Class of 2025 and Current Reynolds High School students, please complete the Current Student Transcript Request Form. Please note that if you are sending your transcript to more than three colleges, you will need to submit the form a second time. Any questions regarding transcripts for current students and 2025 seniors, please email rhsrecords@rsd7.net.

For 3rd Party Verifying or Education Verifications companies, please use this form to submit your request. You will need to upload the signed release and your request form before submitting your request. For any questions please email studentservicesrecords@rsd7.net.
