RFP - Revision 1 District Wide Gym Floors

Introduction:  The Reynolds School District is inviting you to submit a proposal to provide annual gym floor maintenance. The  approximate square footage and locations are shown on Exhibit A. The District is requesting that this work be  done during the upcoming Summer Break and preferably in the July 2015 and August 2015 timeframe. 

General Scope  
Wet screen and clean floor of dust/dirt and scuffs, then apply coatings.  Proposal must  include a description of the contractor’s preferred techniques and materials. Materials used for coatings must  have an MSDS, be water based or low VOC with the materials being reviewed as part of the proposal prior to  award. Proposal must include a schedule with start and end dates, and working hours.
