RFP for Gym Floor Maintenance

Introduction:

The Reynolds School District is inviting you to submit a proposal to provide annual gym floor maintenance. The approximate square footage and locations are shown on Exhibit A. The District reserves the right to revise the number of locations prior to the start of work. The District is requesting that this work be done during the upcoming Summer Break and preferably in the July 2016 and August 2016 timeframe.

General Scope

Wet screen and clean floor of dust/dirt and scuffs, then apply coatings and clean up.  Proposal must include a description of the contractor’s preferred techniques and materials. Materials used for coatings must have an MSDS. The contractor shall provide information on their recommended materials to be used as part of this proposal. Proposal must include a schedule with start and end dates, estimate of number of days, and requested working hours to be in the gyms.
