Enrollment - Returning Family with New Student

If you have an existing ParentVue account:

  1. Log into your ParentVUE account HERE
    • If you've forgotten your password, click the "Create New Account or Reset Password" box and then click "Forgot Password"
  2. Go to the Messages tab on the left and click on "Begin Registration"
  3. Click on each tab on the left and enter your information. 
  4. For enrollment verification, uploads are not needed for the Documents tab unless you entered a change of address. If your address changed, upload proof of address (rental agreement, utility bill, etc.).
    • You can take a picture of your document with your smartphone or tablet, email the file to yourself, and then upload it to ParentVUE.
    • Another option is a no-cost PDF scanner app; several are available for free through the Apple/Android app stores.
  5. Use the Review/Submit tab to check all of the entered information and then click "Ready to Submit." Please note that once submitted, you will need to contact the school office to make any changes to your child's enrollment information.

What you need to get started:

  • Access to a device with internet access
  • Email account (Don't have one? Get a free account through Gmail or Outlook.)

What you need to register your child:

  • Proof of student's birthdate (birth certificate, hospital record, passport, or baptismal record)
  • Proof of address (rental agreement, utility bill, etc.)
  • Immunization records as required by law

Recommended:

  • At least one emergency contact, including their address and phone number
  • Physician and dentist phone numbers

Registration Process

  1. Create your ParentVUE account HERE
  2. Answer the questions to verify that you may set up a new account.
  3. To complete the registration process, click on each tab on the left navigational pane to enter your student's information.
  4. On the Documents tab, select the document type and click "Choose File" to browse your computer for the file, then click Upload.
    • You can take a picture of your document with your smartphone or tablet, email the file to yourself, and then upload it to ParentVUE.
    • Another option is a no-cost PDF scanner app; several are available for free through the Apple/Android app stores.
    • You may also choose to bring the hard copy to the school office beginning on a date to be determined.
  5. Use the Review/Submit tab to check all of the entered information and then click "Ready to Submit." Please note that once submitted, you will need to contact the school office to make any changes to your child's enrollment information.

You will receive an email confirming the submission of your application. Once the school has reviewed and accepted your application, you will receive a message of acceptance. After you receive this message, please schedule a time to visit the school before your child's first day of school to bring in any documents that were not uploaded, complete any necessary forms, and receive class assignments.
