Enrollment - Request for Paper Copy

In circumstances where there are barriers to complete online registration, a registration or verification can be completed with a paper packet or verification form. In addition, paper packets will need to be completed for all students that have an approved out of district transfer and all incoming Kindergartners who have received Early Childhood Special Education Services.

New student registration packet are available in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Russian, Ukrainian, and Arabic.

Returning student verification forms can be printed to be sent via email or mailed home.
