We have exciting news for your student!
Reynolds School District is excited to announce that all high school students attending Reynolds High School and Reynolds Learning Academy will be receiving individual Chromebooks this January! This opportunity is due to a grant from the Mt. Hood Cable Regulatory Commission to put technology in the hands of our high school students to foster a more innovative and exciting learning environment. The free technology includes teacher training, support, and engagement in powerful learning both in and out of the classroom. This is an incredible opportunity for your student’s learning, and we are thrilled to be partnering with the Mt. Hood Cable Regulatory Commission for this important program.
Students will receive the Chromebooks in January for use during the remainder of the 2019–2020 school year. Students will turn the Chromebooks back in to Reynolds High School and Reynolds Learning Academy at the end of the 2019–2020 school year. The Chromebooks will be deployed to students again at the beginning of the 2020–2021 school year for use the entire school year.
What can we expect?
These new devices will be distributed to students of Reynolds High School on the following dates:
January 14th, 4-8pm – Seniors
January 16th, 4-8pm – Juniors
January 23rd, 4-8pm – Sophomores
January 28th, 4-8pm – Freshman
These new devices will be distributed to students of Reynolds Learning Academy on
January 15th, 4-8pm – All Students

Before we can distribute a Chromebook to your high school student, there are some important steps that parents/guardians and students must complete.
These steps include learning about the program, what you and your student’s responsibilities will be, and signing the Student Pledge for Device Use.
