SUN Community Schools are school-based delivery sites, which provide a comprehensive set of services including educational, enrichment, recreational, social and health services. Woodland Elementary is looking for dedicated volunteers to work with students during our fall programing. Come be a part of a team working with students grades 1-5 achieve academic success and participate in enrichment opportunities.
We recognize that a student’s birthday and/or holidays can be big events in their young lives. In accordance with School Board Policy, Woodland is required to ensure that all foods served meet the requirements of the district’s nutrition policy. To honor your child, we will give your student a birthday card and pencil and your child’s teacher will announce his/her birthday in class.
Late Start Monday's are over for the year. Our final 3 Mondays are regular schedule and school will start at 7:45. Doors will open for breakfast for kinder and 1st grade students at 7:20 and for everyone else at 7:30. Let's finish the school year strong!
