Picture Day is scheduled for September 28th during PE/Wellness classes in the North Gym.
Picture Day order forms will be sent home with students on Thursday, September 21st.
Troutdale Elementary Picture Retake Day is almost here - December 4th from 7:45 - 9:45 am. If we did not see you on picture day or you would like a new image, do not miss out on ordering pictures for your student. Pre-orders for picture packages may be placed online now at https://ios.mydorian.com using the school access key provided here MXQ9ZPED. Online pre-orders using your school's access key are available up to 4 days after retake day. Regardless of payment option, bring payment or online receipt and completed envelope to picture day!
Visit Reynolds High School the last Tuesday of the month from 1:00 to 4:00 PM to access free, fresh, healthy fruits and vegetables.

Two Reynolds students, Olivia Hall Gomez and Moira Salchenberg, competed at the SkillsUSA State Leadership Conference at the Oregon National Guard Camp Withycombe military base. Both students competed in the Job Skill Demonstration Open. Moira's demonstration of crocheting scored 5th place and Olivia's demonstration of porosity took scored 1st place. Olivia explained porosity (the hair's ability to retain moisture), identified types of porosity, how to test for porosity, and described how to select hair products for hair with a particular porosity. Reading is important and the only way to get better is to practice.

To keep progressing as a reader, it is very important to read at home every night. The goal should be 30 minutes per night at your independent reading level. If you are a yellow, green, blue, or 1 Red reader, it is fine to have a family member read to you for 15 of those minutes.

- Tickets are on sale for the Spring Mt. Hood Movie Passes. Either pick up before school or come to the office and I will sell to the students.
- Don’t forget to order your 2016-2017 Woodland Yearbook by Friday, March 24th. Only $12.00 for memories of a great school year! Please make checks payable to Woodland Elementary School.

Have you heard that the RHS Music Program is planning a Musical tour to California this Spring.
They are actively raising funds so that every student can attend this performance. T
The program is hosting a Spaghetti Dinner on January 22, 2016 at 6pm in the Multipurpose Room at Reynolds High School.
There are three types of tickets: child $5 each; adult $10 each; and family $25, which admits 2 adults and 3 kids. You can pre-purchase tickets from any music student or pay at the door of the event.
There will be one evening session of conferences on Wed. Mar. 22nd, and three sessions on Thurs. Mar. 23rd. See the full schedule below.
