SUN Registration for after school programs is NOW available ONLINE ONLY.
Please take a moment to review the attached flyer for more information and to scan our QR Code to register your student.
Student schedules will still be completed on paper applications and will need to be returned to the SUN office at H.B. Lee MIddle School.

Multicultural Family Night
Who: All families of English Language Learners (K-12) are invited!
When: Thursday, September 26th, 2024, from 6:00 - 8:00pm
Where: Reynolds Middle School Cafeteria
Transportation will be available from the following locations:
Alder Elementary School: Pick up time: 5:30pm Return time: 8:00pm
Rockwood Village Apartments: Pick up time: 5:45pm Return time: 8:00pm
Hartley will be holding a Back to School Night on Thursday, September 12th from 4-6pm.
Back to school Night will look a little different this year. Parents will attend a grade level presentation for each student enrolled at Hartley. Each grade level will present at 4:00pm, 5:00pm and 5:30pm. This will allow families with more than one child to attend the classroom presentation for each child.
There will also be an Administration/Specialists presentation at 4:30pm in the cafeteria. This is the only time the Administration and Specialists will be presenting.

Incoming kindergarten students will have a gradual entry that same week. The kindergarten teachers will be reaching out to families next week.
Kindergarten Orientation 2024-25
Tuesday, Aug 20, 6pm
Meet the staff, learn about academics, arrival & dismissal, buses, etc
All students must enroll for the 2024-2025 school year by registering or verifying existing enrollment.
Please join us for a family night event on Thursday, May 23, from 5:00-7:00 pm. We will showcase small bites of food from different countries represented by our families. There will be lots of fun activities for the family to participate in each grade level pod. Limited transportation will be provided. Bus schedules will be sent home the week of May 20.
Hartley's next Parent Cafe' is scheduled for Wednesday, May 29th from 9:30am-10:30am. Our topic of discussion will be Empowered Parents, Inclusive School Community. Our guest speaker will be Reynolds School Districts Director of Equity and Student Success, Gustavo Olvera.
We will be serving up a free hot breakfast and providing childcare.
Hartley's Annual Family Field Day will be Thursday, May 30th from 5:30-7:00pm. Tons of activities, along with music and Otter Pops!
Families are encourage to bring chairs or a blanket, and are welcome to bring their own picnic dinner if they would like.

If you have a child who will be starting kindergarten in September. Sign up your child for Early Kindergarten Transition (EKT) in the 2024-25 Summer Program!
Reynolds School District has partnered with the Center for Educational Effectiveness (CEE) to provide surveys to all families with students in Reynolds Schools, students in grades 4–12, and school staff members. The surveys will be active March 18 - April 26, 2024.
