February 2023 - Payroll Advance Request

 

Due to the recent issue causing a delay in the February 2023 payroll processed through direct deposit, Reynolds School District is able to provide short-term payroll advance checks to be picked up at the District Office today (Friday, February 17) from 3:00pm to 5:00pm or tomorrow (Saturday, February 18) from 10:00am to 1:00pm for any staff member requiring immediate financial relief due to the impact of this delay.

DEADLINES:

  • This form must be submitted by 1:30pm on February 17 to ensure a check pickup from 3:00pm-5:00pm on Friday, February 17.
  • This form must be submitted by 9:00pm on February 17 to ensure a check pickup from 10:00pm-1:00pm on Saturday, February 18.

PLEASE NOTE:  Regular direct deposits are still processing through banks and this request will be in addition to your regular deposit.  Please only request an advance on future paychecks if you are impacted by undue financial hardship due to the delay in direct deposit processing.

According to administrative rule, employees can be allowed to advance up to 70% of the amount of their future paycheck to allow for taxes and deductions. This advance can be repaid from up to three of the following paychecks.
