Oregon School Employees Association

OSEA represents non-licensed staff, such as educational assistants, clerks and secretaries, groundsmen, custodial staff, bus drivers and nutrition staff.

The current Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Oregon School Employees Association (OSEA) Chapter 37 and Reynolds School District is in effect from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024.
