Gabby Pulliam (11), Soccer Gabby is in her third year playing varsity soccer and she continues to impress every year. She embodies the true persona of what a student-athlete should be. She currently has a 4.0 GPA and is in all advanced classes. This is her second year as team captain and has done an amazing job. During summer conditioning she pushed herself and those around her and is a major reason why the team is having success. Gabby has the ability to motivate those around her and has created a very welcoming team environment. She treats others fairly and with respect and always puts their welfare above her own. She is confident and a well-rounded leader. She currently leads the team in goals (14) and assists (12). She can play any position on the field and is a true team player. She has over 100 volunteer hours in the community, worked part time at Subway, and organized three fundraising events this year. |

Kehdon Fletcher (12), Football The football program is off to a great start this season and much of this success is due to team captain, Kehdon Fletcher. On the field Kehdon is top 5 in the state leaders in touchdowns and receiving yards. He is a force to be reckoned with on the perimeter of the offense, much of the time drawing the attention of multiple defenders. Defensively, Kehdon asserts his presence as a physical safety, not only tough versus the run game, but a terror versus opposing receivers. Kehdon make the biggest difference is his ability to lead. He not only is the team’s best player, he is the hardest worker. Not only does he hold himself accountable, but he insures that everyone else is the best teammate and player they can be. In the classroom, Kehdon is an honor roll student who maintains above a 3.00 GPA. |
