RHS Sports Registration/Information

Reynolds High School Athletics has moved to an online clearance platform.  FinalForms is a website where you will enter in all your student, parent, emergency contact information, as well as insurance and physician contact info and upload your valid physical.

Parents/Guardians and students must complete the athletic clearance packet(online), and have a valid (within two years) physical on file in the athletic office, or uploaded onto FinalForms, to be medically cleared. Athletics will also run a grade and payment fee check before any student athlete is cleared to participate.
